Terms & Conditions

At Global Consulting for Safety & Environment Pvt. Ltd. (GSE), we are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality QHSSE & Project Management Training & Consultancy Services. All students enrolling in our programmes must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Conduct & Discipline

  • No student is permitted to display, distribute, or post any posters, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, or similar materials within GSE premises or WhatsApp Groups formed by the GSE team for session updates without prior written approval from the administration.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within GSE premises.
  • Political, immoral, or unlawful activities are strictly forbidden in or around the institute premises. Violators will face immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
  • Private phone calls are not allowed during class hours, whether the class is physical or online. Emergency messages can be relayed via the administration.

2. Class Attendance & Behaviour

  • Students must attend all classes punctually. Leaving class without the tutor’s permission is prohibited. 100% attendance is mandatory in all sessions.
  • Absences without prior intimation will result in a fine of Rs. 10,000/- per missed lecture.
  • Misbehaviour or disruptive conduct will be reported to the administration, and suitable action, including fines or suspension, will be taken.

3. Fee, Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment must accompany the registration form. Registrations without payment will not be processed.
  • Alternative payment arrangements must be formally approved in advance by Global Consulting Administration only.
  • GSE reserves the right to revise course fees, dues, or charges at any time without prior notice. Such changes apply to all existing and future students.
  • If any payment is stuck or not received in the GSE Account due to any circumstances before the registration deadline, the student will not be accommodated in the training sessions and will have to pay another fee or wait for the next session when payment is received by GSE.

Payment, Refund & Withdrawal Conditions

NEBOSH IGC in association with ACT – LP No. 120 Courses

  • 25% deduction for withdrawal requests made at least seven (7) days before the class start date.
  • 75% deduction for withdrawal requests made less than seven (7) days before class commencement.
  • 0% refund before 1 day and after registration confirmation.
  • Payment shall only be made to GSE Official Bank Account Details. GSE is not responsible for any kind of payments if the learner pays the trainer through another account.

ProQual NVQ & OTHM (Level 3, Level 6 & Level 7) Qualifications, PMP, ISEP, Lean Six Sigma, LEED Trainings & All Others Mentioned on the GSE Website Except NEBOSH IGC

  • Once the fee is paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Payment shall only be made to GSE Official Bank Account Details or the account details shared by the POC (Verified Person of Contact). This policy is in place because GSE commits resources, trainer allocations, and awarding body registrations immediately upon confirmation to secure your qualification pathway.

The management of GSE ensures that every enrolled candidate receives dedicated support, guidance, and a clear training plan from the POC (Person of Contact) to complete their qualification successfully.

We maintain transparency and professional integrity in all financial and academic matters to protect the interests of our students and ensure consistent service quality.

4. Class Scheduling, Cancellations & Certification

  • GSE reserves the right to revise class schedules, replace instructors, rearrange sessions, or cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a class is cancelled by GSE, students may request a refund or enrol in an alternative session if the session is delayed by more than a month.
  • GSE holds no responsibility for delays or changes in exam schedules, result announcements, or certification issuance by external awarding bodies such as NEBOSH, ProQual, OTHM, ISEP & OSHA.

5. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • The institute shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables on its premises.
  • Students are advised to secure their vehicles properly while parked on GSE property if joining for physical sessions.

6. Course Outcomes & Student Responsibility

  • While GSE strives to deliver high-quality training and support, no guarantee is made regarding the successful completion of Exams, Assignments or Job Placements.
  • Students are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, and fulfilling all course requirements.

7. Non-Transferability

  • Course registrations, fee payments, and admissions are non-transferable to other individuals, courses, or sessions once confirmed at the time of registration.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • In case of any disputes or legal matters, the jurisdiction will lie within the local courts of the city where GSE operates.

9. Grievance & Complaint Policy

  • Any grievances must be reported in writing to GSE’s administration. Students are not permitted to involve third-party or external authorities without GSE’s prior written consent.
